 EV Leonard are pleased to announce that they have designed and manufactured a special bottle tipping skip for Coca Cola Bottling plant in Angola.
This all started back in May 2005 where we were approached by Coca Cola to design 2x tipping skips for use in collecting waste bottles from there manufacturing process, we got to work immediately looking at different designs which would work and have an immediate impact for Coca Cola.
After further negotiation a final design was agreed and we went to manufacture, the tipping skip was height increased to allow a greater volume further to increasing the height we cut in 2x 200mm circular holes to two sides these holes were enclosed with high grade rubber to allow the bottles to be placed in without smashing on the metal, similar to a bottle bank skip, we also added a 80/20 lid with circular holes enclosed with rubber this allowing three sides to be accessed and to keep hands from entering the skip area this unit was also placed on 6" castors to allow the operative to move the unit without the forklift truck giving them more flexibility and an auto tipping mechanism allowing the discharge process to be speeded up.
 On completion of this skip a company called Ariel Maritime collected the tipping skip and it started its long journey to Angola after 3 weeks at sea the tipping skip arrived and Coca Cola implemented the use of this quickly.

 3EV Leonard are proud to announce the new Leonardo Platform. Features include:
- “New Drive System”, consisting in a couple of electromagnets, both provided with a tip and a suitable couple of turning supports of the front wheel. This device, activated, blocks the wheel, therefore the platform can only translate along a straight, forward and backward.
- New elevating system, the new synchronized cylinder. Thanks to this innovative system, the elevation and of the platform will be more linear, silent and comfortable. This system will get rid all those blots of the columns and what is more the machine will maintain always the same elevation speed while elevating and descending.
- Tilt sensors
- Audible alarm and Flashing light
- New column made of a special metal league - no grease or lubrication required
- New cover, divided into N. 2 parts, to operate maintenance when the basket is fully lowered
- Device to fix the basket when maintenance or servicing under the basket must be performed.
- Emergency lifting device for the manual handling of the platforms.
