Medium Duty Pressed Steel Castors

The medium duty pressed steel 22 and 61 castor ranges are the Flexello flagship ranges. The 22 series covers a huge range of industrial applications very much a heavier application fit and forget solution with load capacities up to 250kg on the 100mm and 125mm wheel diameters and 500kg on the 150mm and 200mm diameters. Typical applications for this range of product would be roll containers, maintenance equipment and industrial trucks and trolleys. This range is available in three wheel types, nylon, nylon centre with blue rubber tyre and nylon centre with a polyurethane tyre all with a needle roller bearing bore. The 61 series is probably the most common castor series in the UK market place. It has been fitted in the castor market for around 80 years so there will be a huge amount of replacement requirements for this product. Wheel diameters offered are 50mm, 63mm 75mm and 100mm available with white nylon or blue rubber tyred wheels.
